All Sales Are Final

• All purchases made through experiencedivinevibes.com and in store are final.
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless required by law.
• Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at connect@experiencedivinevibes.com with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

4. Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.
• Insurance Option: Shipping insurance can be purchased for an additional fee after your order is placed. To request insurance, please leave a note at checkout or email us at connect@experiencedivinevibes.com. We will contact you with available insurance rates to choose from.

6. Cancellation Rights

• We reserve the right to cancel any order or appointment at any time, for any reason. If your order or appointment is canceled, we will notify you promptly, and we will refund those orders in their entirety.

7. Client Cancellation / No-Show Policy

• Appointments canceled by the client less than 72 hours before the scheduled time may forfeit payment.
• No-shows without prior notice are considered non-refundable.
• Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule if you cannot attend.
